Frequently asked questions
Is the system in Swahili?
Yes. The system is built for Tanzanian churches and uses Swahili terms (Waumini, Sadaka, Ahadi, Jumuiya, Matawi) alongside English.
Can it handle a church with many branches?
Yes. Headquarters, branches and cell groups are set up once; each branch works with its own members and offerings while headquarters sees the combined reports.
Does it track pledges and who has not paid?
Yes. Pledges are compared with actual giving, and the unpaid pledges list shows who to follow up, with a log of every follow-up call.
Can we send SMS to all members?
Yes. Send bulk SMS to all members, a branch, a cell group or visitors, and use the WhatsApp dashboard for richer messages.
Is it suitable for the church accountant?
Yes. It includes double-entry accounting: chart of accounts, journal entries, general ledger, trial balance, income statement and balance sheet.
